Kettle Bell training was developed and is widely used in Russia. The tool is a spherical, cast iron ball with a special weight distribution and a handle. End of Summer Picnic
Friday, August 11th, 2023, 6pm to 9:30pm at Treesdale Community Center
Join your neighbors for the End-of-Summer Picnic at the Commons! The homeowners association will be serving up burgers, chicken, hotdogs, and beverages for all ages. Participating families need to bring an appropriate appetizer, side dish, salad or dessert to serve at least 16. Dinner will be served from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Then it’s down to the pool to swim, socialize or just hangout poolside for the evening. PLEASE RSVP BY WEDNESDAY, August 9TH AT 724-625-3500.
