The Fairways consists of 16 single-family homes and is accessible from the South Lake neighborhood which is off of the Red Belt (Bakerstown/Warrendale Road) in Pine Township in Allegheny County. The Fairways is bounded on two sides by #6 and #7 of the Grove Course. It has tunnel, walking path and sidewalk access to the Commons.
