The West Grove neighborhood consists of 121 single-family homes with access from both Treesdale Drive and Mars/Warrendale Road. This is the only neighborhood in Treesdale with homes in both Adams Township in Butler County and Pine Township in Allegheny County. Portions of it overlook #8 of the Orchard Course, #9 of the Grove Course and the Treesdale Golf and Country Club facilities. West Grove has walking path and sidewalk access to the Commons.
