Most of our the facilities and amenities are free to residents. For private parties, facilities can be rented by residents for a fee.

This 8000 square foot center is the hub of The Commons. Our Club Room is a great environment to watch sports on the big screen TV with some friends or to have an intimate small gathering around the fireplace. If you had a larger party in mind, the open Multi-Purpose Room might suit your needs better. With an 85" TV and fully integrated sound system, you can stream music for your party or host a large business presentation. Either or both of these rooms can be reserved one year in advance. Other amenities include:

This Mini-Court with anti-slip surface is available all year long. Use is limited to one hour of playing time per family. Please use our app, Plan2Play to make reservations. Basketballs are available to sign out for use. (This facility is also ideal for pickleball, rollerblading, and deck hockey.)
We will be open May 25th through September 2nd depending on weather and staffing. Hours of operation will vary in early June and mid to late August because of staffing.
