Masala Bhangra is a complete cardiovascular dance program utilizing Indian folk dance with elements of Bollywood. Masala Bhangra provides overall body toning, conditioning and can build endurance, stamina and balance. Every class portion can be modified to the comfort level of the participant, making it accessible to all fitness levels. Depending on the individual, one can burn up to 500 calories per class.
